Frontier Communications Corp. is on track to create dozens of jobs in Ohio as it prepares to launch a $150 million, three-year effort to bring high-speed Internet services to underserved rural areas of the state.
Earlier this year, Frontier acquired the landline operations that Verizon Communications had owned in 14 states, including Ohio.
